- If you have not received your item within 30 days from payment, please contact us, we will endeavour to locate your shipment as soon as possible
- You have 7 days to contact us from date of delivery for faulty items and 30 days to return. If you hold the item for a period longer than 7 days it will be considered as used item and no refund will be issued
- Should your item be damaged during freight or is faulty please email pictures to: [email protected] as soon as possible, preferably the day of delivery to enable to the fastest processing time
- All items must be returned in original packaging, please take care to repackage to ensure no further damage
- For return items, shipping costs will be shared by both the buyer (you) and the seller (spiffyhands.com), where upon delivery to the below address, if the is deemed faulty spiffyhands.com will refund the freight paid by you and issue and a new replacement item will be posted to you at no cost

- 12 months Manufacturer’s limited Warranty for defecting items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).
- Defective items MUST BE reported using the above described method and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). Items outside the warranty period will not be replaced
